There are many recipes for chips cookies, but you’ll have your favorite one after you try several recipes. Don’t worry the prefect cookies are out there. Here is a recipe for Chips Cookies and it’s my favorite one, I hope that you’ll find the perfect cookies here and you’ll enjoy them frequently. Take a look and have fun in the kitchen:
2 cups cake flour
1 2/3 bread flour
1,5 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1.5 teaspoons coarse salt
2.5 sticks unsalted butter (1 1/4 cups)
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
1 cup and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 pounds bittersweet chocolate disks
How to make them:
Mix the flours, baking powder, baking soda, 1.5 sea salt into a large bowl and set it aside. Use a mixer to beat up the butter and the sugars with the paddle attachment. Mix them until they get very light, for about 5 minutes. Add the eggs one by one and mix them well after each addition. Now you need to stir in the vanilla extract. Reduce the speed of the mixer to the lowest level and add the dry ingredients. Mix them until they combine completely – 10 to 30 seconds. Drop in the chocolate pieces and be careful not to break them completely. Wrap the dough with a plastic piece or put it in an airtight container. After that, place the dough in the fridge for 24 to 36 hours, but the dough could be refrigerated for up to 72 hours, so it’s OK if you forget to bake the cookies right after the next day. When you are ready to bake the cookies, preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat. Set that aside. Form six balls of dough, the size of golf balls. Put them on the baking sheet and press them over with hands to form the so-good-looking cookies we want. Sprinkle them with sea salt and bake them in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Put on the cookies on a wire rack for 10 minutes and eat them while warm with a tasty glass of milk.
This is a great snack for watching movies with friends or family, or you can enjoy it all alone, but one thing it’s sure – they are delicious!
