The Amazing Style of… The Olsen Twins

0

Maybe it is a little annoying to always talk about them together, but the two sisters look so similar to each other and both have such amazing sense of style, that we can’t possibly separate them! Their acting career starts when they are very young – they were only 6 months old! – and today they are also successful designers.

Many fashion journalists have referred to their style as being “bohemian-bourgeois”, very similar to the boho-chic style, promoted by British stars Kate Moss and Sienna Miller. Both their streetstyle outfits and red carpet appearances are praised by everyone and their creativity is also illustrated through their brands, The Row , Olsenboye, Stylemint and Elizabeth and James.

In their spare time, the Olsen twins usually wear shorts, leggings or skinny jeans and slouchy oversized tops: a very fashionable silhouette.

We don’t want to put Mary-Kate and Ashley in a frame, but there is a sense of freedom, casual calmness, and funky attitude in their style. If they wear high heals, there is a sporty element in the top half of their body and the other way around. Everything looks very chic and efortless.

STYLE

Especially at red carpet events, the two beautiful women definetely grab the attention. Whether they go for a dark, goth look or for a bohemian retro style, they look stunning and coordinate their outfits. Long dresses are definitely their usual choice.

In order to push their style through your own closet, you might want to get a pair of oversized sunglasses (if they suit your face shape, of course), oversized shirts, leather pants, headbands, wedges and beanies... Focus on boho accessories and clean lines of the clothes.

We couldn’t miss mentioning how cute the Olsen twins used to look in the early 90s!

And don’t forget: it is not only what you are wearing, but also how you wear it so be cute and own your outfits with your personality!
