Pay Attention To Your Neck


Unfortunately we often forget to take care of different parts of our bodies and we pay attention only at our faces. We want smooth and radiant skin but what about the hands or the neck. It’s more and more common to meet women with problematic neck skin. The reason for this is the less care we take for that area. We think that the neck will be always that elastic and healthy, but that’s just an illusion. I’m really worried about this problem and that’s why I’m showing you some tricks for preventing ugly neck skin:

Scrub regularly

Remove the dead skin with some homemade remedies. You can use the same masks you apply onto your face.

Egg whites

Whipe the egg whites to foamy textures and add glycerine and honey. Apply the mixture to the skin for thirty minutes and you’ll see the effect right after that – tighter, brighter and healthier neck.

Oily skin on the neck

Mix oatmeal with an egg and let the mixture rest on the neck area for about 20 minutes. Wash it off with cold lime water and the oilness will be gone.

Vitamin E

It soothes the neck skin, moiturises it and tightens it as well. This would help beat wrinkles, fine lines, dark spots and pigmentation.

Peaches and Gram flour

Make a paste out of these two ingredients (add a little bit of honey too). Keep the mixture on the neck skin for about 20 minutes and then rinse with water. You skin will become tight and soft.


Eat dark fruits – red grapes, papaya and so on. Also you can mix red grapes and papaya in a blender with egg white and use it as a paste onto the neck. In a week your skin will look brighter and lighter.

Eat well, exercise, drink a lot of water, stay healthy and be happy. That’s the way you will beautiful both the outside and the inside!
