1.       Do you know those unexpected and really unpleasant zits that just pop out before a big event and you do not know how to cure them quickly? Toothpaste to the rescue! Toothpaste can be used as a simple emergency treatment to dry out pimples. Squeeze a little toothpaste onto your finger and apply it directly onto the pimple. Leave the toothpaste on your face for an hour and gently wash it off afterwards. You will be amazed by the result!
2.       There are many health risks of being overweight: high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, sleep apnea and heart disease.
3.       It is very important to remove your makeup before you go to bed because it will cause loss of eye lashes! Remember that mascara can do more than just make the lashes longer – it can also give you loss of lashes!

7.       Did you know that you get rid of nasty breath by eating sugar-free hard candies? So, next time you want to freshen your breath just a little bit, chew sugar-free gums to prevent from bacteria and keep your breath fresh.
8.       Smoking affects your skin. If you are a smoker, you should know that smoking cigarettes helps early ageing of the facial skin, develops wrinkles and lines, reduces Vitamin A levels and moisture of the skin, and makes your skin color uneven. Moreover, cigarettes can leave your skin cells lacking of oxygen which leads to slow healing skin wounds, such as venous ulcer and diabetic foot ulcer. If you smoke cigarettes, you have also a high risk of developing a type of skin cancer called squamous cell carcinoma.
9.       Did you know that the single most effective way to get rid of sunburn is with tea? Sunburn can take you by surprise after a long day at the beach and we all know how painful it can be! A tepid bath in strong black tea can help you reduce the pain and swelling of sunburn. The tannins will immediately take away all the painful sting, redness and swelling of sunburn.
10.   Stop washing your face with soap detergent every morning because it is not that good for your skin! It will drain all the oil from your skin, even moisture. With less and less oil produced on your skin and less moisture balance, your face will eventually become drier, thinner and more dehydrated.
