Ideas for healthy breakfast


The eternal dilema – to eat or not to eat. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but the problem is that not everyone is in mood to eat early in the morning. That’s why we are suggesting you some ideas for light, but nutritious breakfast:

Wholegrain bread “Margarita”

For 4 servings:

Cut to lenght of 4 wholegrain black bread and arrange on top 2 sliced tomatoes. Add some spices like savory and basil. You can also put some cheese. Bake in the oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with a garnish of cucumber and pepper, cut into strips.

Baked cottage cheese, olives and tomatoes

For 4 servings:

Mix in a blender 4 eggs, 100 g of hard cheese and 600 g of sour cream. Pour the mixture into baking tin and put on top some tomatoes and olives. Bake in preheated oven – 189 degerees and bake it for 20 minutes.

Shrouded eggs

For 4 servings:

Boil on the stove 2 liters of water, when it boils add 1 tablespoon vinegar and reduce the heat. Break into separate bowls 8 eggs and gently drop them into the hot water. Let them wrap itself for about 3-4 minutes. Get them with a slotted spoon. Serve with toasted wholegrain bread and slice of bacon. Use for garnish fresh vegetables.
