How to – Split Ends

7

We all know that winter, especially cold weather, is ruining the hair. That’s why we should take care of it and strengthen it again. Here is a treatment for split ends:

How to make it:

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of honey

1 large egg yolk

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for about a minute, and then add the other ingredients. Mix them until they’re completely incorporated. Put the mixture into your hair, working it all the way through the hair and make sure that the ends get really saturated. Tie your hair into a bun and let it work at least 30 minutes. Once it’s dry wash it out, not only with water, but also shampoo, then let your hair air dry. No hairdryer, it damages the hair!

The protein in the egg yolk combined with the moisturizers in the honey and the oils really work to help repair split ends.

Actually this works best for people with thicker hair and if primarily used on the ends and not throughout the entire head of hair. If done in this manner, it is quite effective in softening and conditioning the hair, and if for some reason your are having a lingering odor,a couple drops of essential oil, such as lavender or peppermint could easily be added.
