How to Get Rid of Brown Spots

Brown spots are an annoying problem of the skin. They can appear on your face, arms, hands, or anywhere else, and if you want to fight them in a clean, healthy way, we will offer you a few great home remedies to try out. It is important that you know that these remedies are not scientifically studied.

  • Strawberries and Peeled Apricots: mash them together to make a pste. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes and then wash it off.

  • Papaya: cut the fruit in half, scoop out the seeds and pulp and rub the inside of the papaya peel on the surface of clean skin. Let it dry for about 15 minutes, then rinse it off with water.

  • Honey and Lemon Juice: make a paste out of the two. Apply the mixture onto your skin and rinse it off after half an hour.

  • Aloe Vera: rub it on age spots and leave it for about 45 minutes. Do it for a bout a month 3-4 times weekly to see an improvement.

  • Vitamins: open a Vitamin E capsule and apply the liquid to the skin before you go to bed. Wash your face as usual in the morning

  • Castor Oil: Apply it directly to the spots.

TIPS:

  • Don’t use these remedies in cases of sunburn and be cautious if your skin is sensitive.

  • Be careful that your diet is healthy: this is one of the key points when trying to get rid of brown spots.

  • Drink a lot of water (this can benefit your organism in so many ways!).

  • Always try these remedies on a clean face, witn no makeup on.

  • Always wear a product with SPF in it to protect your skin from getting more brown spots.

  • Consult with a dermatologist if you don’t see an improvement.
