Homemade Masks for Thick Hair


If you have noticed that you hair is not as thick as before, and after you brush it theres is a handful of hair left on your comb, you need to consider taking some actions. The hair, after all, is a very important part of our complete beauty, ladies.

You don’t have to jump to the expensive cosmetic masks that are sold in the drug store, in order to give your hair the wanted lenght, thickness and shine. The first thing that you have to think about is what you are eating.

To have a thick and shining glamorous hair, you must not deprive your organism from the leguminous foods and meat. Only around 100 grams stewed meat a day is enough to fill the need of elements, which help your hair be healthy.

You can also consume fried bread from time to time – they are actually healthy and good for the hair’s growth. Eggs and milk products are also amazing due to the calcium in them. Don’t forget to go out in fresh air because it’s good for your metabolism. Your hair also needs a gulp of fresh air. The relaxation and about 7 hours of sleep will help you out a lot for such a problem.

At least once a month you must make a homemade mask for your hair, consisting of the yolk of an egg and a teaspoon of castor oil. Mix them well and apply the mask on dry hair. Let it work for about 40 minutes and afterwards wash your hair with shampoo.

You can buy an ampule of Vitamin D from the drug store. Mix it with two tablespoons of castor oil and apply nicely to the roots of your hair. Afterwards, instead of washing your hair with shampoo, do it with yolks.

This procedure can be done 3 days in a row and rest for the next week. Basically, you can apply this mask for days, but you must let your roots and hair in general calm down and get used to the new substances.

That is recipe, which should be done once yearly. A mask which you can apply once weekly is a yolk, mixed with a tablespoon of water and applied on the hair roots. After 40 minutes you can wash you hair with warm water.

You can also make a mask before going to bed. 5 tablespoons virgin oil should be warmed up. Add the juice of half a lemon afterwards and right before falling asleep apply it on your hair and wrap a towel around it. In the morning you simply wash your hair and voila!
