2 slices of whole wheat bread

1 can of tuna fish, you can also use a fresh tuna

1 teaspoon of organic light mayonnaise

1/4 cup of minced celery

1/4 cup of minced onions

Prepare it:

You can both toast the bread or not, it’s about your taste. Mix the fish, the mayo, the celery and onions. Spoon the mixture across the bread slice and put the other on the top. Enjoy that low-fat, high-protein dish!

Pesto grilled chicken sandwich

Another protein bomb is this pesto grilled chicken sandwich.


2 slices of whole wheat bread

6 ounces grilled chicken

1 teaspoon of pesto sauce

1 slice of tomato

1 slice of onion

1 slice of romaine

Prepare it:

Toast the bread and grill the chicken. When the meat is fully cooked, lay it on the bread. Spread the pesto sauce across the slice, put on the tomato slice, onion and romaine lettuce. Place on top the other slice of bread and this sandwich is ready to make you happy.

Egg white and tomato sandwich

This sandwich is really simple and doesn’t need many ingredients. And surely you have the ingredients for this sandwich in your fridge. Take a look:

You will need:

2 slices of whole wheat toast bread

2 egg whites

1 slice of tomato

1 slice red onion

1 slice of romaine

Prepare it:
