DIY- Butterfly Dessert


Today i am going to show you how to make one beautiful dessert.

It’s very delicious and looks awesome .

You can surprise your kids and family with this cool dessert  recipe idea .

You will need:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g margarine
  • 300 g sifted flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 grated lemon peel
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the cocoa dough  replace the vanillin and the lemon peel with: 5g cocoa powder .

Take a bowl mix together all the ingredients until well combined . Let it in the fridge for 15 minutes .

Repeat the same steps for the second dough just don’t forget to put the cocoa powder instead of lemon peel and vanilla.

Set the dough in the fridge  for 15 minutes .

After that roll the dough until it ‘s 1 cm thick . Do the same to both doughs and place each on top of the other and roll them into one .

When it’s ready cut the dough into 1.5 pieces . Take two pieces of the rolled black and white and place them beside each other.

Pinch and tighten in the middle to make butterfly shape. See the pictures below . Repeat to all the pieces then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes .
